The lines be long but the ladies do a good job getting the customers out as fast as they can.

I bought the warm vanilla sugar fragrance. They had a big sale one Saturday. The place was crowded, the line were long. They had ample of sale persons to assist. Most were friendly. The line moved smoothly and quickly.

Just walking in this store makes me smile. Wonderful scents that trigger memories. Some new smells that are fresh and clean. Couple of men's new scents have me thinking of a happy for someone special.

I had a wonderful experience at the Bath & Body Works in the Pearl Outlet Mall! The store was clean, well-stocked, and had such a welcoming atmosphere. Manager Lakeshia went above and beyond to make sure I found everything I needed she was friendly, professional, and truly made my shopping experience enjoyable. You can tell she really cares about her customers and her team. This location will definitely be my go-to from now on!

This store has wonderful employees and great customer service. The employees made me feel so welcomed and assisted me whenever I had a question about fragrances and any sales that they were having. The inventory was plentiful and I found everything that I wanted.!! Love this store!!!
