Came into the store with my mom today and had a really great experience with Sade. We came specifically for the tarte maracuja tinted moisturizer because my mother doesn't really wear makeup, but they did not have it. Sade asked questions about her skin type and what type of coverage. She was able to give my mom some other options and she ultimately purchased the fenty beauty eaze drop stick. Sade was very knowledgeable and patient. She seemed like she was in a leadership position because she was also helping other employees with things they needed; she was able to multitask while also being attentive and helpful to us as customers. She also was able to recommend a moisturizer for myself from the inkey list that we also purchased. Great experience at this location, would definitely recomme

Carolina & Diana were great. The duo was exceptional. Pointed me directly in the rite direction and gave me the best gift for my wife. They made it feel like family. I will definitely be shopping here every time I need a gift. Thanks so much you guys. 👏

I did a same day delivery and whoever picked my order gave me a half used bottle of the Sol Del Janeiro Cheirosa 76 Perfume. I contacted customer service and they said they would give me a refund and I decided on an exchange. I called the exact Ulta to tell them they gave me a already used item that which I deem a tester, the girl who picked up the phone named amber or (something like that) told me the person probably didn’t realize and that the spray wasn’t a tester and that kids like to open up sealed sprays and use them. If a spray is opened with continued use…. Then it’s a tester. They need to be better at picking same day deliveries and handling their LP issues/ damages. I booked my hair appointment online at Ulta Beauty for a gloss and scalp renewal, both listed clearly on their website with specific prices. When I arrived, my stylist suggested adding a trim, which I agreed to. However, I was charged the highest haircut price — the one meant for curly or coily hair — not my type of hair What was frustrating is that there was no deep conditioning or any of the extra steps included at that price, and the blowout (which was already listed as included) was charged separately. When I showed the manager the prices directly from Ulta’s own website, they still kept me waiting almost 50 minutes and really didn’t do anything about it. One thing I can say is this locations customer service is just simply not good. The employees just sit there and laugh amongst themselves and offer no help. It’s kind of baffling lol. Sephora is wayyy more helpful and hands on. That’s where I will be going from now on. And please don’t respond with the generic “we are sorry.” response, because no you’re not lol.
