So, this was my first-ever sauna experience as a woman in my 40s, and I'm SO glad I chose Perspire Sauna Peachtree Corners! From the moment I stepped into my own private suite complete with a shower, TV, and plenty of towels, I felt like I was treating myself to a true luxury experience. Crystal was absolutely incredible; she took the time to educate me on the benefits, made suggestions tailored to my health goals, and her glowing skin is proof that this works (goals!). I was surprised at how relaxing 145 degrees could be. I honestly didn't want my session to end, and the benefits lasted ALL day: my lungs felt more open, my skin was naturally glowing, and I felt completely recharged. What an amazing experience! Located in the heart of The Forum, this Sauna Studio is the perfect place to unwind! Starting from the moment you enter, the customer service is exquisite (Amanda and Tyrah are the BEST). The environment is clean and welcoming. Once you're all checked in and escorted to your suite, you have a one-of-a-kind zen room. Whether you want to sit in the peace of silence or tune into your favorite shows on Netflix, Disney, or YouTube...it's all there at your fingertips. They even provide a nice COLD eucalyptus towel for you to use once you've concluded the 40-minute Infared sauna. Before my first visit, I truly wasn’t sure what to expect. I hate hot weather, so sitting in a small 150 degree space for 30 minutes didn’t seem like something I would enjoy. But, I had heard good things, decided to give it a shot, and am so very glad I did! Since joining the studio in late March, I now go 5-6 times a week. From my very first visit, the team at Perspire is always friendly and helpful. The studio is clean and quiet, and the chilled eucalyptus towel at the end of each session is perfection. From Hannah to Raine to Crystal and Mohogany this studios staff has great unique personalities. Guess what, they all come with amazing customer service. Ofcourse the therapies are awesome, I like getting in early to start my day off RIGHT. Finish off the sauna with a cold plunge and your mind is clear! Thanks again Perspire!

Decided to try red light therapy and was pleasantly surprised by how refreshed my skin felt afterwards, and how brighter my face looked after each visit. You get a private room for 40mns and they can preset the temperature and music for your next visit, so you don’t have to worry about setup or losing time during your session. Shoutout to Vay for the tour, patiently answering all my questions, and always bringing a positive vibe!
