Kaylee at Ulta Beauty Services was absolutely amazing! I originally had an appointment with someone else, and she stepped in at the last minute without missing a beat. She walked me through different hairstyle options, explained what she was doing along the way, and kept checking in to make sure I was happy and comfortable. She asked several times if I wanted to change anything and truly made sure the look matched exactly what I envisioned. My hair is not easy to work with, but the end result was amazing! Kaylee is a fantastic makeup artist who did a great job with my makeup. I booked the 30-min makeup learning session to gain some better skills to do my own makeup, and she was very patient and helpful, answering all my questions. I also really liked how her makeup turned out on me. Her foundation color-matching was also on point - I got a shade that perfectly matched my skin tone! Overall, super satisfied, will definitely come back in the future and highly recommend her!

I had a formal makeup application done by Kaylee yesterday. Kaylee did a tremendous job, was very knowledgeable And also was very personable. I gave Kaylee an AI generated image of the look that I wanted, and she was able to replicate it beautifully. I was able to wear the look the rest of the day and then surprise my boyfriend (who had gotten me an Ulta gift card earlier) at our date that night.

I went in here around 11 AM 10/20/25 looking to purchase a travel size perfume. This girl/idk what gender they are awkwardly walked up to me and unenthusiastically asked me if I needed help with anything, in which I responded “yeah it would be great if you could get this item out.” Then they got it out and had the audacity, “okay are you done shopping because I’m going to put this up front for you” acting like I had intentions to walk out the door with it. First of all, I am a self-respecting person with a career just because I come in here when I’m looking lowkey doesn’t warrant being treated like I’m going to steal. I have never had such an unpleasant experience in an Ulta. I was about to give you guys my money but ultimately decided not to because of being treated like a thief. Update:
