Beem Light Sauna

My husband and I have been coming here for a few months now. The staff is friendly and ALWAYS go out of their way to make you feel special. We love the social sauna and when I mentioned it was my husbands birthday. they had balloons, champagne and grapes waiting in the room. We did the Valentine special yesterday and WOW!!! Exceeded my expectations !! Balloons , champagne , cheese , crackers, fruit . Candles everywhere . So romantic .All of the rooms are immaculate . I can’t say enough about this place. We love BEEM❤️

I am not over exaggerating when I say this was the best most healing and beautiful experience I’ve ever experienced locally here. This was my first time coming to Beem - I booked on classpass for 8:30 am and I was running late and called Beem to hopefully get my appointment start time pushed back until 9. Sandy the owner answered and she was so sweet and so accommodating. She said it was no issue at all. When I got into the sauna itself it was like a dream. Personal. Peaceful. HOT. i was sweating and that on top of the bluetooth connected ipad inside plus the invisible INFARED lights. I swear I left my sauna session a happier more calm balanced and at peace person :) I would highly recommend Beem to anyone interested in coming here ! 10/10 and definitely will be coming back. ♥️

My first time here at Beam and it was phenomenal from beginning to end. Sandy explained everything about the red hot sauna that made me feel comfortable. It was a wonderful experience and I’m definitely coming back and I’m definitely recommending to all my friends. .

I had an amazing first visit at beem light sauna and decided to buy a membership. It was the best money spent. I feel amazing each and every time I do my sauna session. The spa is spotless and the staff is profesional and friendly. I would highly recommend been light sauna, Paramus.

I absolutely love coming here! The infrared sauna has made such a difference in how I feel—more relaxed, recharged, and refreshed every time. The space is always spotless and calming. Sandy, the owner, has created such a wonderful environment, and Jocelyn at the front desk is always so welcoming and kind. They both make the whole experience even better. Truly one of my favorite self-care spots!
