I have been shopping at this location for about 4 years now. Every time I have gone in I always ask for help with foundation, I can never match my skin and they take me down the aisle a do a quick little swatch on my face and tell what I should buy and I do then when I get home the foundation is no where near ny color but I’m so busy I have no choice to make it work. Welp I went in today with the same expectation and had a totally different experience. I can’t remember her name but the lady with the super curly beautiful hair and glasses/ super nice and Christian woman helped me today she took time to talk to me and show me that I didn’t need to hide my imperfections because they weren’t that noticeable I don’t like my freckles and I have hyperpigmentation under my chin she took my makeup

Halema was amazing! She spent a-lot of time helping me decide on a hair dryer and smoother for my soon to be 16 granddaughter! She wasn't pushing a particular brand but described a few of the upper lines, which gave me help in deciding to spend a bit more for a Shark. Vanessa, the manager, was also helpful answering a coupon question and I also saw Eva in the Salon to answer a few questions! Good grief! ...such helpful staff! a great store with great products!!

i come here often for all of my beauty needs, whether it be shopping or a salon service. jenniffer at the salon has gone so above and beyond for me every time i get my brows done that i had to try out one of her facials! it was such a relaxing and fun experience, i can not wait to go back again soon. the conversation was so friendly, and most importantly i never felt like she was pushing me to add on anything or make any additional purchases. she has an amazing memory when it comes to her clients, which makes everything feel so personalized. thank you!

The ladies here are always friendly and helpful, making every visit pleasant. The store is clean, well organized, and easy to shop. Staff is knowledgeable and happy to assist without being pushy. I always enjoy coming here and feel comfortable browsing and asking questions. Great customer service and a great overall shopping experience.

I should have known this place was going to be a nightmare. Completely ruined my daughter’s birthday and birthday photoshoot. A couple days before our scheduled appointment, I got a call from a kind ULTA worker. She let me know that somehow some way me and another client booked the same MUA at the same time and they don’t know how to fix it. I was told that I’d have to change my time. I told her I couldn’t change my time as that would interfere with the rest of the day. I asked her if they reached out to the other client, she said yes and the other client can’t change either. They said because that client is coming from winter garden and she’s a loyal client of the MUA, that they will not move her appt. So I said basically favoritism…. I thought it was weird that they didn’t check who boo
