I went in to pick up Innersense curl cream and on a lark I asked a salesperson if they had anyone on staff whobwas good with curly hair. My hair hadn't had a good cut in ages and I've been desperate. Prices at salons in the Chicagoland area are insane for curly cuts and the last one I got was disappointing. Lourdes was in and I chatted with her briefly and was able to get me in at that moment! The cut is fantastic. Quite possibly the best cut since I had to leave my stylist in Oregon who was absolutely phenomenal. She listened and gave me the cut I wanted. Needless to say, I will return. The cut, especially for the very fair price, exceeded all expectations. Thank you! I'll be back!

First of all, I love Ulta's products, which are all of top quality. Their customer service is phenomenal. Inside store lines waiting to be checked out always move so quickly. And the customer pickup at the Orland location is extremely efficient and quick as well! Ulta is a store that definitely prioritizes excellence in customer care!

While shopping for fragrances, Angela, was so helpful. Not only was she knowledgeable, she was patient with the questions I had and even found me in another department when she found something else I might like. Ulta’s staff is always helpful at this location, but wanted to shout out Angela and her expertise especially!

She done did it again! My hair feels so healthy and full. Drove 16 hours to come see Adrienne. Worth every minute. The vibe and service is always on point. No one touch’s my curly hair besides her.

Great selection of brands. Staff is friendly but extremely pushy with selling products. Half the staff puts product on your hands before you have the chance to say no thank you.
