I went today and it was Amazing I did a facial with Nadia , she was so nice and had a smile on her face the whole time, she explained step by step what she was doing, and she made me feel so comfortable. I will definitely be going back to her .

From the warm environment and welcome at the front desk to the owner Suzi’s incredible knowledge base (having trained in the UK) the entire experience will keep you coming back as a customer for life. Her personalised skin products are organic and feel delicious on my skin. They feel so much better than the medical grade products I have purchased for years. Nadia is absolutely phenomenal at what she does! she explains everything she is doing before and during the facial and even gives recommendations on how to continue keeping your skin great! she was very gentle but thorough and left me looking my best. she truly is knowledgeable about her craft and takes the time to assess what you need. she made me feel so comfortable and her aura shines so bright! I can’t imagine recommending anyone better than her. Her hands are magic!!!

What a great experience! Nadia was my esthetician and was amazing. During consultation she recommended which facial treatments I should get based on my skin. She explained everything before proceeding. She is knowledgeable and made me feel relaxed. She even made me a custom mask specific to my skin needs. She also recommended custom organic products prepared by the spa. I have used them for a little over two weeks now and the difference shows. Highly recommend Serenity Med Spa and ask for Nadia!
