Brittany saved me from looking like a pumpkin. I purchased skin tinted moisturizer on line and it was way too dark. ( never trust the on line color match!!) I brought it into the store and they exchanged it for a shade that matches perfect. I was glad I didn’t have to send it back and wait to get the right shade through the mail. Thanks so much

I seriously have to give one of the ladies that works at this location the biggest shout out! Stormy, she was seriously amazing! Her customer service was a breath of fresh air! I took my little girl in there to spend her gift card she got from Xmas, so this was her 1st experience in a beauty story. And Stormy made her feel like a total princess, she taught her about different types of products, her product knowledge was awesome, Stormy walked her to all of them explained and demonstrate how amazing each one was, how to use them, how to save money to get more for her buck. Needless to say Bc of her she has literally created a life long customer for Ulta simply bc she took her time and made my daughter feel special.

The employees at the Ulta in Riverdale Utah, are so amazing. They are always willing to help. Recently, I had such a great experience at Ulta thanks to one of the amazing team members McKayla (not sure if I am spelling that right), who helped me during my visit. She was incredibly positive, patient, and genuinely attentive. I really appreciated how she took the time to walk me through different options, answered all my questions without rushing, and made me feel completely comfortable. Her kindness and professionalism truly stood out, and it made my shopping experience feel personal and enjoyable. Thank you for going above and beyond. You made my day! She deserves recognition for sure!

McKayla was great. I walked in clueless, told her I haven’t worn makeup since Covid and she did a color match and got it on the first try! Walked in and out of the store in 15 min ☺️

I’d give them a higher rating if customer service was a little better some staff were rude and when asking for help it just felt like no one wanted to help and was pushed around from one worker to another. The brands and prices are good but workers could do better they do have staff that are very nice so maybe it was an off month because I would go back every week like they’d ask me to but yeah it was not a great experience.
