Today was my first time going to Sandra to get my nails done. Her shop is beautiful, clean and has a calming environment. She listened to my request, explained the steps she was taking during the process, and made sure that I was satisfied with her work prior to leaving. We also had a great conversation. She is truly a beautiful soul. She did a wonderful job on my nails and I enjoyed talking to her. She earned a loyal customer today.
