I’m not a makeup girlie so ultra is not a familiar store to me so it was kind of intimidating At First. I found out thru social media I could buy so key products I use from here instead of waiting for shipping after ordering online. I found my product it was easily accessible in the very front of the store. I also grabbed a fenty lippie I usually order from online in a different color that is mostly always out of stock but they had. I glanced at scents but determined you should go in with a sense already of what you want already with intention or you could get overstimulated from all the options .

Alex was super helpful and an absolute doll. We come into this Ulta frequently and I will always be delighted to see Alex again especially!

Rachel did a terrific job helping me pick out the colors I needed. She gave me different choices and she really match my complexion. Well, she did a great job of being a great personality finding out more about how I wear my make up, but I would think would be best that I would constantly use convenient fast is what I like. Just did a great job all around and I will be coming back to see her!

I went to the Ocean City Maryland Ulta location yesterday which I have been before and the same Sales Representative Staff Kimberly assisted me. I really can’t say enough about her, she totally excelled at the service she gave to me. She has done this before, last time she helped me find some Shower gifts this time she helped me with makeup and moisturizers. You can definitely see that her expertise in all the products was very clear. She was not pushy and wanted me to leave very happy with my products. Kudos to you Kimberly I’ll definitely be back and hopefully you will be working those days. Ulta is very fortunate to have you. Thank you again

Brandon was completely AWESOME!!! I would never have been able to pick out the correct shade of foundation without his help! He answered all of my questions and made sure that the products I wanted were the right ones for my skin tone!
