Actualize Wellness Spa

My husband and I came to Ocean City for our Anniversary. We live in the Shenandoah Valley. We wanted to get facials. It would be my husband's first facial. I looked in Google and I found Actualize Wellness Spa. I called and they called me back immediately. February is typically a slow season but Cyndee and her husband scheduled an appointment with us. It was amazing. I have had facials but nothing like this. Cyndee is kind, warm, gentle and so knowledgeable. We learned so much about our skin and how to care for it. Cyndee uses products that actually cleans the skin and makes it feel so soft. She used red light therapy and blue light. Her process is professional and she is always making sure you are comfortable. Cyndee was so welcoming. I like the fact that she only takes one customer at a time. I’ve been using the products that I purchased and I’ve seen a real difference in my skin texture (more firm) and my pores (smaller and less clogged). I do have to tell you I had a white mark under the corner of my eye and went to a dermatologist and was told it’s a pimple under your skin. I was prescribed medication and used it for months with no change. When I told Cyndee she said the meds wouldn’t work and she pinched it out (it hurt) and it took maybe one day and the redness was gone and so was the white mark. My husband purchased a four hour session for me last Christmas and I finally used it a couple weeks ago and it went by so fast I think my next appointment will be an all day adventure. Ladies if

The service I received from start to finish was absolutely amazing. Hands down the best facial I have ever had. The team was flexible with me cancelling and then rescheduling due to unforeseen weather event and even provided guidance for me on the conditions. Cyndee was not only sweet but phenomenal at what she does. She not only provides education and aftercare solutions but a kind and welcoming environment. The facial massage was incredible! I would highly recommend her and the space to anyone looking for the royal treatment at a reasonable price! Thank you!

This was my first ever facial and it was a wonderful experience. Cyndee explained everything that she was doing and was very gentle in all applications. It was well worth my drive to MD. Thank you Cyndee. Look forward to my next visit.

I'm not usually someone to take the time to leave a review, however, Cindy @ Actualize Wellness Spa was excellent! I don't get facials that often, but she was the best by far!! I walked out feeling and looking years younger. She's sweet, very pampering to your skins needs, and takes her time to give you great skin advice. Not only that, the place is nice and very clean inside, it's a very artsy set up, and as a person who is reserved, she made me feel safe doing something out of the norm.
