Had my service done with Autumn. The service was great and she did amazing! I love my hair I will definitely be coming back to her. She was very professional and was really great in talking through everything with me for my consultation. I will say, though, I felt like some of the employees there that day wasn't very professional. This one blonde lady came over and started talking to Autumn rudely in front us me and 3 more customers we were getting our hair washed and she came out and talk very rudely to Autumn something about a chair or something her name is Tiffany!! she was really rude had the biggest attitude and it made me and all of us uncomfortable. that shouldn't happen when a hairstylist is working on a clients. if she had a problem. She should talk to the management not Confront

I had such an amazing experience at Ulta Beauty today with my stylist, Stephani! She did an absolutely phenomenal job on my hair and the color turned out even better than I imagined. From the moment I sat in her chair, she was so sweet, patient, and really took the time to listen to what I wanted. Stephani made the whole appointment feel comfortable and fun, and her attention to detail truly shows in the final result. I walked out feeling so confident and in love with my hair! If you’re looking for someone who is talented, kind, and genuinely cares about making your hair look its best, I highly recommend booking with Stephani. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment!

I got my hair done by Julia, she was recommended by my mom who got partial highlights and face framing highlights and it looked amazing. She cut my hair to perfection, gave me a beautiful Balayage and helped me find the perfect toner for my hair I couldn’t be happier. She’s very sweet and patient and I will definitely be coming back.

I went to the salon, and Lexie did my hair. She was patient and kind when talking to me for the consultation and made me comfortable when scheduling with her.. Fast-forward and she nailed the style we decided to go with she made me comfortable. She was respectful. She was kind she asked questions. She let me give my answers and she was not pushy at all. I will be going back to her from here on out.

I visited the store today and was assisted by Natalie. At the time, there were 3–5 customers waiting in line, yet she appeared more focused on talking with the staff next to her and texting and browsing her phone than helping those in line in a timely manner. I waited patiently for assistance since I didn’t see any other staff members available and while I understand that lines can happen, I believe it’s important for customer-facing employees to remain attentive and avoid personal phone use during busy periods. Prioritizing guests over devices would greatly improve the shopping experience.
