Had such a great haircut with Levi. He's so nice, my hair looks great despite me not giving him a lot of direction lol, great with curly hair too, and helpful with styling it. Price was very reasonable, less than I usually pay elsewhere.

I understand the employees have a job to ask customers "if they need help finding anything" but when I am approached 3 times in a 10 minute period I start to get frustrated. Specifically when I feel like I am being chased down an isle with my back turned and am I asked "do you need help finding anything". I go into Ulta with a plan, knowing what I am looking for but do need some time to find it as all stores have different layouts. This is not my first experience with this. I try my best to get in and out of the store as it is anxiety causing to be approached many times as if I'm trying to steal or I am being watched. I apologize to the 2 employees I snapped at, i genuinely was getting very frustrated.

Erika (Erica?) and Levi are just the most lovely people working in the salon! Got my hair cut and colored and they made me feel so comfortable, despite my being so socially awkward. Did an excellent job, too! I had a bad experience at the register here about a year ago and they completely spun my opinion of this ulta back around. The people working are all really helpful, too. I absolutely recommend this salon! If not just for the two of them!

Renee was so helpful to us yesterday, even on Black Friday with all the craziness she took her time helping and answering questions i had and then went above and beyond recommending similar products I might like as well as suggestions for gift ideas. Was really refreshing to meet someone so attentive, thoughtful, and kind.

I would most definitely recommend Mackenzie K! She is phenomenal at doing color on hair. I went from half of my hair being my roots and a dry hay looking blonde at the bottom, to a luscious chocolate natural looking brown. Mackenzie made me feel welcomed, very attentive to my needs and making sure that I didn’t leave with hair I liked but left with hair I LOVED. She asked if I had any inspiration pictures and she nailed them to the T!!!! She offered me water. I was there for almost 3 and a half hours and it felt like 30 a hour. She was able to carry a conversation and the chairs are so comfy. I would highly recommend going to Mackenzie for your hair goals needs.
