Rude staff! She wasn't happy I forgot to bring bags for the products I brought to this store! I spend thousands of dollars to this store to be disrespected for a bags they should provide you. Or maybe because I'm just an Asian.

Newington NH is my Salon Centric. 2 of the ladies have worked at this pro-store for years. They know the products, have patience & kindness. Whenever I'm rushing I want to get in & out. The ladies, Sue & Kelly always help! The staff never lets me down. I appreciate all!! I missed seeing them for the holidays. I want to say.... I walked in here tonight a half hour before close after one of the worst days iv'e had. I in no way even expected anyone to help me at that time. I was actually expecting to get shunned out so people could enjoy their Friday night plans. I spent a week trying to make a SC account and e-mailing personal things to SC in hopes I wouldn't get my identity stolen in a data breach. Then made to feel like I needed to download an app that didn't work better at all. To still not have an actual account the day I ran out of everything I needed. Layla B. treated me like gold. Made me feel not at all under pressure because of the time they close. She helped me fix my account and even wrote down the number for a follow up. As a hair dresser, we deal with a lot of of customer service. Layla changed my out

Great people and very friendly. those laddie are always helping people with anything and willing to answer any questions about products related. They're very knowledgeable people! Highly recommended!
