I got the perfect lived-in blonde color done by Saira Rodriguez Jordan. This is after 7 months!! I can’t believe how incredible it still looks. This is the best my hair has looked and felt ever since I’ve been getting it highlighted! She’s amazing!! I can’t recommend her enough.

I had such an amazing experience with Saira at the Ulta on the Upper East Side (86th & Lexington)! She was absolutely incredible from start to finish. She took her time with a thorough consultation and clearly explained exactly what she was going to do before getting started, which made me feel so comfortable and confident. The quality of her work is truly top-notch, she gave me exactly what I wanted! My appointment ran a little longer than expected because of the service I chose, and she never rushed once. I really appreciated her staying later to make sure everything was done perfectly. She is a true professional. I came to this Ulta to look for a specific fragrance set for my child’s gift that she wanted. The staff was very difficult to find, when I did find them, they were conversing with themselves, unaware that customers were looking for them. Once I found the product I was looking for, it was the last one, and it was completely destroyed. The box was ripped and wouldn’t close. This wasn’t even the only fragrance set that was destroyed, there were quite a few that were scattered around the story that looked like someone had opened them barbarically and left them there. I asked the worker on the floor if they could potentially give me a discount because of the state of the box, he told me the person at the counter can assess the damage and discount accordingly. Been depressed lately and thought buying myself some new makeup would help. The sales staff seemed to think I was either invisible or just a physical obstacle to their movements around the store. Most employees were in small clusters, deeply involved in conversation. I put the Carolina Herrera perfume samples I was going to purchase down and left after about 10 minutes of wandering the store with the item. I'm very happy not to need anything from Ulta that can't be purchased elsewhere.
