I am very satisfied with the assistance provided by several Ulta employees who helped me select products better suited for my dry skin. Some of the staff members were exceptionally pleasant, friendly, and patient in communicating with deaf customers via typing on a cell phone. I intend to shop there again.

I love Austin!! He is such an amazing hair dresser! He has cut my hair and my daughters hair. He really knows what he is doing with our textured hair. I also want to point out that he put color in my hair and my hair bounced right back. Right now my hair feels so light and my curls/waves are thanking him for such a job well done. My daughter also loves her natural hair now too.

Caroline is an amazing technician! My experience with her is always perfect!! She leaves my brows looking flawless and I leave feeling beautiful! She takes her time and makes sure I leave happy. She talks to me the whole time and answers any questions I have. Very knowledgeable about skin care products as well. She helped me today with moisturizer and face cleaner. She suggested the brow tint today and it looks sooooo good!! Highly recommend her! Wow! My daughter and I went in yesterday evening. I was looking for foundation. Two of the sweetest, professional young ladies helped me. I was blown away!! Not only did they help me find what I was looking for, but they were so kind! So upbeat!! As we were leaving, my daughter and I were both amazed at the service we received! That is ladies deserve a raise!! It really matters how you treat people!! Thank you!!!
