She did an excellent job on my Two Strand Twist and color to cover my gray—this was a great first appointment, and I’m looking forward to many more. I truly appreciated the privacy of the one-on-one setting, which allowed us to have an in-depth discussion about the exact look and service I wanted. She was very attentive, provided helpful feedback, and even recommended specific shampoos and creams to address my scalp concerns. Overall, I’m very pleased with the quality of service I received.
