Celebrating my daughter’s 18th birthday today so we came in so she could go shopping. I would like to say how unhelpful and dismissive the employees were. I asked an associate a question and she couldn’t even take the time to look up at me while we spoke. No eye contact whatsoever. I looked around while my daughter shopped as we live over an hour away and I didn’t want her to feel rushed. We spent the whole day shopping and dining to celebrate her. I say that to say, while I looked around I noticed I was being followed all around the store. I didn’t think much of it as it had never happened to me and thought maybe it was coincidence. This shop is amazing! Monet , my technician is absolutely knowledgeable, personal and full of recommendations. I used to go to beauty schools- Never again! My hair is well conditioned and is growing- healthy Hair! Highly recommend her!

Went to Ulta to get my hair washed, blow dried and styled! Lealauni did my hair and she was amazing!! The wash felt like a massage, almost fell asleep in the chair. My hair texture is pretty hard to maintain, let alone straighten, however, I left with silky straight hair I could run my fingers through, will be going back again to Lealauni she did such a great job.

Anastishia (sorry about the spelling, I'm sure) was the most helpful person I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I came in with very little knowledge but a budget & Ana was able to find products, teach us how to use them & never pressured us towards the more expensive items. She listened to all concerns & made it an extremely positive interaction. Thank you so much!
