Vitality Health Massage

Ryan Brown of Vitality Health Massage is an excellent massage therapist. I had my first massage with him recently and I was extremely pleased with the results. I had not had a massage in months, and my body had been holding lots of stress and my muscles were very tight. Ryan found all of the knots and gravel lurking in my back and neck and other areas, and the muscle tightness and discomfort I had been experiencing disappeared. Relief! The office and studio are inviting and comfortable, and Ryan is a warm and very professional therapist. I have signed up for a membership for monthly massages. I had been with my previous therapist for 10 years until she retired, so I am very happy to get to work with Ryan. He does excellent work and his prices are very reasonable. He has helped me with stress, tension and relaxation every time, with a skillset and technique that keeps me rebooking each time. He is very personable, knowledgeable and professional. You cannot find a nicer person or better masseuse anywhere. Ryan immediately put me at ease, was very thorough in asking about my pain and what I needed from the session, then regularly checked in and adjusted as needed during the session. He is very professional while also being warm and kind. He genuinely cares about each client and does all he can to help. Highly recommend Vitality Health Massage.

Ryan was fantastic and I plan on returning soon. He was very communicative about pressure and how I was feeling which is very important due to a chronic pain illness. Update: I returned again and have now signed up for the monthly massage deal. He is one of the best massage therapists I have been to and I have recommended him to friends and family.
