Just went recently and I got help from Jaylen (hope I spelled your name right I’m sorry!) She’s helped me multiple times. I love the staff here because they give me a lot of knowledge and they recommend the best products. I got a Benefits mascara and a double sided Stila liquid eye liner and a sharpener for one of my water line pencils. Thanks.

Raymond (if i spelt her name right) with Clinique was amazing! She made me feel so comfortable as someone getting back into makeup and helped find a perfect shade match. She was a lot of fun to chat with and super helpful!

I came in to purchase the IGK Good Behavior spray and noticed a 50% off sticker under the IGK trio pack at the very bottom. When the cashier rang it up, it came out full price. I voiced the discount I saw , and she kindly asked me to show her where I saw it. She then explained it had expired 8/30 — mind you, it’s almost the end of September and the sign was still up. I asked if the manager could honor it since the signage was misleading. The manager flatly refused, saying the discount wasn’t for the trio, and for one of the big sprays. Mind you.. the big sprays were all the way at the top…? When I asked about buying a single big spray, she only agreed to honor 30%. This store smells over whelming when you enter. You could never try fragrances here and smell them clearly. It is disorganized always and staff is not overly helpful. They are not rude by any means but they do not put effort into helping customers either.

I was scheduled to get my hair done at the Ulta Salon part of the store. It was an amazing experience with Lexi! She understood all of my concerns and needs and took her time to accommodate me. I have curly hair and she knew what to use to make them come back to life. She was personable, kind, gentle, caring and fun. Thank you so much Lexi for the turnaround. I’ll be a forever client!
