Excellent massage! Stephanie is intuitive, comfortable, caring, and technically very good. My experience felt like a perfect blend of therapy and relaxation. Her approach is gentle but firm so I felt awesome afterwards even though she worked on issue areas that are challenging and ongoing. Also, she offers packages to bring the out of pocket down and partners with a great chiropractor here in Middletown. I obviously recommend!
