Troy at the MAC counter goes above and beyond for customers! His professionalism is unmatched and he helped me with all my beauty concerns about my under eye area... Another associate named Alexis was amazing and helped me navigate through the store and checked me out at the register! Employees such as these make me want to come back often! I'm so satisfied and grateful.

A couple of months ago, my daughter and I stopped by here to stock up on a few makeup products and a hair iron. The selections were very good and organized in a sensible way. We were looking for new shades of blush and daytime eyeshadow. They have several brands to choose from. They also have a wide variety of hair irons. We found everything we needed and the saleslady was very helpful. We will stop by again in the future.

I came in with questions about what’s the right makeup for me and ‘Destiny’ was amazing and super helpful. Such a nice employee and her energy and patience was very infectious. She’s really kind and knows her stuff.

I booked an appointment for a $47 haircut, which included shampoo and cut, however, I was under the impression it also included a blow dry. It seems Ulta has changed their services to not include the blow dry and light styling that they used to. So keep in mind it will be $21 for a blow dry on top of your haircut. The stylist then asked if I wanted it curled. I was not told this would be an additional $38. All of this took about 1 hour and 20 minutes. I initially thought it turned out okay, but after my first wash I realized there's these weird long pieces. Never seen anything like this before. Very unprofessional and will not be coming back!!
