Jordyn was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient during my visit to Ulta. One of the best shopping experiences a makeup newbie could ask for!

came to get an eyebrow wax but unfortunately barely any hair was removed. I had a great consultation speaking of what my expectations were. Unfortunately my service provider colored in my eyebrows more than waxed the hair.. $30 for a $2 wax :( in the photo below I mapped out my brows showing her the problem areas I was concerned about, I removed the makeup before the after photo was taken

I had my brows done by Cynthia L. and she was amazing, did a fantastic job and I couldn’t be happier with how they look!

This was definitely a bad experience that I didn’t even see coming. I asked for help from the cashier and the manager responded aggressively and unconcerned. When I went to the register for a question, she literally had a receipt and a phone in her hand, so I politely waited, and she never looked up and said a word. Never will go here again just rude for no reason.

The employees made my shopping experience super easy as a dad buying gifts for his daughters, everyone was very patient and informative! The store was clean and faced well!
