Spree is awesome. She is very knowledgeable about the body, muscles and tendons, and how everything is connected and interacts. She uses that understanding to relieve pain and rejuvenate your freedom of movement. This is genuine body therapy by an experienced practitioner. Best of all she really listens to your priorities — be it flexibility, pain relief, working out tightness, improving range of motion, etc. — and she checks in on whether the pressure she is using is right for you. And you leave feeling great, renewed. Spree is someone you can trust. (And hers is maybe the most comfortable massage table I’ve experienced).

Some years ago I was seeing Spree on a weekly basis. Then due to numerous health problems, I had to stop. Trust me I truly miss those wonderful massages. I always left there feeling so relaxed, calm, and rejuvenated. Spree is like a miracle worker and so very sweet. You will be so relaxed in a clean, calming and quiet studio. Spree is the best massage therapist I have ever been to. Her calm demeanor is relaxing and has been able to work any tension or any knots I have had. My husband now goes to her and agrees with me about how amazing she is. Do yourself a favor and let her work on you. You will feel like a million bucks when she is done.

Spree was wonderful! I came in for a postpartum massage and uterine alignment, and she went above and beyond. Not only was she full of knowledge and attentive to my needs, but she also worked out tension in my shoulders from an injury I had. She checked in to make sure the pressure was just right and delivered the deep pressure I love. I really appreciated the way she explained everything clearly and even included some energy work, which made the session feel extra healing. I highly recommend her!

Spree is excellent at what she does! I had a 60 minute massage yesterday. I got out of bed with no lower back pain today. That in itself is worth booking another massage in the near future!!!
