The woman doing the eyebrows for benifits literally ripped the skin off my face. She is 21 and works part time. I don’t know her name. She even said “your skin isn't even that red”. I have had my eyebrows waxed many times in the past. It took her 20 minutes because she kept waxing over the same spots. Worst experience I’ve ever had. I visited the store November 25th. She needs to be trained again. I’ve waxed my own face before (no training) and this didn’t happen. Unbelievable.

Racially profiled the last few times I went to this location. It’s just this location. Rudest staff. Unwilling to do what they are hired to do, help and/or assist. Instead they send not so inconspicuous security to follow paying consumers!!! I was the only customer being followed at the time when there were a few other customers through the store. I’m a diamond member for a reason. Let that sink in. Management, shift your focus and your mindset. Ulta do better with your hiring practices and hire motivated individuals, that are willing to service all people!!! Implement better training so that your staff are capable of doing the full job, to sell and assist. This may very well help in offsetting some of your current problematic issues.

Everyone here is so nice and helpful! What would usually take me twenty minutes to search for my items, only takes five! They are fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and above all so so kind! Best Ulta, I've ever been to!

Everyone is so pleasant here, especially Lindsey! She was extremely knowledgeable and took ample time to color match me. This is a very nice store with extremely helpful staff!

Went to this Ulta yesterday and we had an unpleasant experience. We were greeted by this one lady with black hair and color stripes. I asked her for a color match and she stated that the employee who does that is with “guest” and that it would take 2-5 minutes and she was attending the cash register so she couldn’t help us . ( Her tone and facial expression was very awkward and I dismissed it as people are entitled to their bad days. ) We said fine and waited patiently for more than 15 min. She comes around and asks if we were helped and I said no. She calls the staff member and she quickly comes to help us. We were a little irritated that we had to wait this long but she was a wonderful very pleasant individual and we quickly became comfortable with her and was specially grateful that she
