Had the most wonderful customer service experience in this shop recently! I needed an entire revamp on my makeup due to my skin changing, the woman who helped me walked me through my best options and went out of her way to assist me. Honestly, I had been dragging my feet in getting new makeup, I just didn't want to deal with the process, but she made it such a wonderful experience that I'm looking forward to my next purchase.

I had such a great experience at Ulta thanks to one of the associates Rochelle who went above and beyond. The Ulta app was offering 10% off for texting a number, but it wasn’t working on my end. She was so kind and patient and ended up honoring the discount anyway without hesitation. It made my whole shopping experience feel easy and genuinely cared for. I came into Ulta Beauty one day looking for makeup for a pageant. I personally don’t wear makeup, so I was definitely struggling to find what I needed. Thankfully, an employee kindly approached me and offered help. They were so friendly and patient, and helped me pick out everything — foundation, lipstick, and a few other essentials. I felt welcomed the whole time, and even learned about their salon services. Right then and there, they booked me an appointment for the next day for a hairstyle I needed for the pageant. I had already asked everyone in the valley and nobody had availability on short notice, so I was incredibly grateful.
