Visited this Ulta looking for a fragrance and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. There were very few employees on the floor, and the person who helped wasn’t able to assist with finding the perfume I was looking for. There were also very limited testers and the section felt disorganized. I also needed help finding a contour shade, but no one was able to shade match me or locate testers. After struggling to get help, I ended up leaving and going to Sephora instead, where the experience was much more organized and helpful. Hoping this location improves customer service and product availability.

I came in and needed a color match for a new foundation. Nina was AMAZING!! Very patient, talked me through everything. She was so good my sister asked to get color matched too. Nina was almost done with my sister and some lady, Ana, walked by and told Nina to hurry up because she was taking too much time with us and they have a million customers. Mind you, the store was busier when we walked in compared to that moment. My sister and I found that very rude and made us feel like we weren’t worth their time. We bought the products we wanted a color match for which goes to show treating customers like people over profit makes the sale. I urge Ana to consider what she says to people before actually saying it.

We went in tonight to see what we can find. My daughter came across Cameron and she was so nice and so sweet, extremely helpful. She did our color match as well. But definitely go in and ask for her.

I received a wash, wig installation using adhesive, and a haircut from Sheria, and I must say the service was outstanding. My favorite aspect of the appointment was the hair washing; Sheria was incredibly thorough and provided valuable insights into my hair care regimen. I highly recommend booking with her again. Sheria demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of hair care, specifically for natural 4C hair types, like mine. She listened attentively to my concerns and made the entire process seamless and enjoyable.

I visited the salon in Mays Landing and Dottie was my stylist. She did a great job and answered a lot of questions about managing my long hair. It was really frizzy and had a bunch of split ends but now it soft and silky and looks amazing. I highly recommend getting your hair done here and will be going back on a regular basis.
