Supercuts

So I called on a Saturday to make an appointment for a Monday morning for a simple haircut. 5 minutes later the lady calls me back and states “with this new ownership no appointments are available” to just show up at 10 am Monday and it will be ok. So I showed up at 10am and the place is closed with no sign or hours at the front door!! After being a customer for 5 solid years this place has gone down the drain with poor haircuts over the past 3 or 4 visits and now this. I won’t be coming back.

I’m SO happy with my haircut!! Emely did an incredible job and was super friendly and personable. I would highly recommend booking with her! I will definitely be coming back.

Iffy did a great job! I asked for my ends to be trimmed as needed but to keep as much length as possible and she did just that!! With my dead ends trimmed, my hair length looks almost the same, only HEALTHY with proper long layers. She listened and executed my face framing section just as I had described and finished it all off with a beautiful blowout. I couldn't be happier!

The manager of Supercuts in the maze Landing one she is very special. She is a very people person lady I would recommend her to anybody even to some of my hiring clients that I deal with. She was awesome. She was phenomenal and she was very well mannered and I’d like that and that’s why I go there. Thank you again and try to keep your employees. The best way you can cause they’re awesome. Thank you again.

As a Black girl, I decided to go in on a whim to get a trim. I booked a cut, wash, and blow-dry. Although the staff was friendly, they weren’t equipped to handle my hair type. They had zero brushes or tools suitable for my texture, which led to me going out to my car to get my own supplies. While the stylist did her best (which I genuinely appreciate), she ended up texturizing my hair so much that I lost the volume I loved. I never asked for my hair to be texturized—I didn’t even know what that meant—and by the time I realized what was happening, the work was already done. Overall, I’m hurt and disappointed by the outcome. I came in for a trim, not a big chop. In all hopes, I do wish I can receive some form of compensation or at least a partial refund for the experience. Update: Did con
