I’ve worked in the beauty and retail industry for over 13 years and have been a beauty manager for the past 5 years, so I understand firsthand the level of professionalism and customer care that should be standard in a beauty environment. Because of that, I walk into beauty stores expecting a welcoming, supportive atmosphere where clients feel comfortable, confident, and cared for. Unfortunately, every time I visit the Massapequa location, my checkout experience leaves a lot to be desired. There is a cashier named Mya (curly dark hair) whose attitude consistently comes across as rude and dismissive. She often seems rushed and uninterested in assisting customers, which takes away from what should be an enjoyable beauty shopping experience. Ulta is meant to be a space where women come to

Always the greatest experience here! Raven is the best at what she does, I refuse to go to anyone else. Not everyone can handle my locs but Raven is a master at her craft !!! She’s personable, professional and just all around amazing. and all the Ulta Mass staff are so nice and helpful. Never going anywhere else!!!🖤

I visited today and Lauren and Julia were amazing! I was in line in front of a very impatient woman who kept huffing and saying things under her breath, and Julia didn't bat an eye and remained so kind. Lauren helped me find the tester I was looking for, and showed me what will now be my new signature scent :)

I had a 4:30pm appointment today. I arrived 20 minutes early sat in my car. Went inside at 4:25. Spoke to the lady at the front. She said she’s almost done with the client you’ll be next. Next thing you know another lady sits in the chair and they say I don’t have an appointment. I booked the appointment and I had an appointment very disappointed that the representative did not put it in the computer. First time trying Ulta and it didn’t even happen I won’t be coming back.

Tina in brow services is fantastic! The rest of the store staff and managers are amazing as well. Highly recommend Ulta in Massapequa Park.
