I asked for powder gel manicure. They made it so chucky and bumpy, the edges were not even down to my actual nail bed. Two of my nails were broken and after they already put the tip extension on them, they told me it was gonna cost an extra $6 for each tip. I paid too much money for a crummy powder gel job. I never leave negative reviews but I was so unsatisfied when I left

This place is a gem. The staff are very nice and work hard. With so many overpriced, crowded and so-so nail salons nearby, this is my go to place. I’d rather spend my money at Brilliant for quality without aggressive up-selling of services for mediocre work. I also appreciate that they don’t have TV screens everywhere tuned to obnoxious videos on loop or news to entertain certain people who can’t just enjoy some relaxation. Support small businesses like this one.
