Ulta Beauty

I went to The Salon at Ulta on Dixie Hwy to have a color correction done by Katelyn. She did great and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Also the management team there is the best!!! I will be returning!!!!

We had such a great experience at Ulta! Our stylist, Trea, was so kind, professional, and really took her time with both my mom and me. She made sure we loved our hair and even let us try some of the Cecred products we’d been curious about, which was such a nice touch. We left feeling pampered and happy — we’ll definitely be coming back!

I guess good customer service is hard to come by now days! This is the second time I’ve been in this location and customer service is horrible! They pick and choose who to great, meanwhile the security guard greats me. They are not helpful at all when needing assistance or seeing if they have extra items in the back. Once i put in my number they see I’m a diamond member attitude changes! I spend wayy too much in Ulta to feel how i do! The store beautiful but putting it out Dixie was not a good idea. I rather drive to the submit or st Mathew before i ever go back to that location!!!

Teaira did my hair and she did an amazing job! I have trust issues when it comes to my hair. She is very nice easy going! I can’t wait for her to do my hair again! I would recommend anymore to see her she is gifted in her profession!

I had a great experience at this Ulta. Everyone was very welcoming and my personal stylist Teaira did an AMAZING job as usual installing my sew in i left LOVING my hair like always y'all gotta check her and them out!!
