I made an appointment for a structural face massage session, and honestly, I wasn’t quite sure of what to expect. I have suffered with sinus drainage issues for years, and I’ve always noticed how the drainage affected facial fine lines, droopiness vs tightness, and just overall youthful appearance of my face. I could actually feel my face tightening as Amanda applied pressure and massaged trigger points. I will say that this is a structural face lifting massage so you have to be open to the level of pressure and amount of time needed in order to make a difference. She took before and after pictures, but I could already feel a difference before looking at the after pictures. I’ve been seeing Amanda for years, and she’s truly the best. Life got busy and I have been neglecting my self care so I hadn’t been in for a while, but when I had a neck and shoulder pain that wouldn’t go away, she was the first person I thought of. I finally made myself book the appointment, and I’m so glad I did. She listened, focused right where I needed it, and I left feeling so much better. I see Amanda for Manual Lymphatic massage therapy. She has helped me so much. I have had very uncomfortable lymph congestion. After each session I see and feel a huge difference. I can’t imagine not having her help. Give her a try, you won’t regret it. She’s very knowledgeable and kind.

My Husband and I both had a massage here. Amanda, the MT, was amazing. She took time to get to know exactly where our areas of concern were, she used different techniques for each of us depending on the need, and she educated us on helpful exercises to follow at home. This is top on my list if you want a great massage. You don't just go in and lay down and that's it. She wants to know what's going on with you and history and offer's up suggestions. A true "massage therapists". I have had lots of massages over the years and I am so happy to have found Amanda. Update: I recently have had some health issues and Amanda suggested that I consider a Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage. Oh my goodness! AMAZING! I had energy, I felt great and my body just felt fresh and cleansed. I highly recommend this. You need to check it out. I will be doing it again.
