Shaynna is so beyond fabulous, as a person and what she does! She really helped me with my matted hair from being in bed rest. She was great to talk to while she managed my hair for me. She is so down to earth, talented and kind. I am so grateful for her services!

I visited the salon at Ulta for the first time, I was nervous as it has been so challenging to find a stylist who gets me. I was greeted by my stylist, Shaynna, and she is absolutely magical! I went in as a hot mess and came out feeling gorgeous! Shaynna has the best personality and we were both laughing with tears throughout my entire session. I can’t wait to go back for my touch ups and to watch her continue her magic on my hair. If you’re struggling to find a stylist that totally gets you…Shaynna is your girl!

Did notttt, like when I went in there, I had good at first impression. When one of the nice cashiers were helping me, find a certain product. Then as, me, my mother and my sister were walking out, the store this, “ white lady with jeans”. who apparently worked, there was looking at our bags and was looking at us just because we didn’t buy anything. I never received the service at Sephora, but it was my first time in that location and I will never go back because we didn’t buy anything and she looked at our bags made me feel like I was being very judged just because we didn’t buy anything and because we were African-American.

It is my please to leave Dominque Johnson a glowing review! She covers my gray and works to help me understand my natural curl journey. Always happy to try new wash and go combos and makes sure my ends are healthy to promote growth. I am sensitive to hair dye and she figured out a solution for me in that department as well. Highly recommend booking with Dominque!!!!!

My experience at this Ulta location was nothing short of incredible. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted and asked if I needed any help. I was headed to the salon, where Shaynna welcomed me and walked me through a thoughtful plan of action for my hair. I had come in needing a fix after an issue with my last cut, but my hair also needed overall repair and color correction. Shaynna was able to make meaningful changes that set my hair up to grow out beautifully. I’m looking forward to returning this Saturday to begin the color correction process—and even more excited for future appointments with Shaynna, who truly exceeded my expectations.
