Zak's Hair Salon

I came out of Zak’s Hair Salon feeling like a queen. Stephanie made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. She cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it. People gave me compliments on my haircut and style. I’ll definitely be going back!

I had a disappointing experience at the salon. After my visit, I noticed hair dye on my skin, and over three weeks later, it’s still not coming off. I've tried various remedies like baby oil, coconut oil, even purchased hair dye remover wipes and rubbing alcohol, but nothing has worked. They suggested using allergy rash ointment, claiming it helped another client, but this feels like an inadequate solution. Additionally, the stylist was quite rough initially when he stained my skin, leaving my face swollen, and I was disappointed by the lack of accountability from the salon. They didn’t offer any compensation or even an apology. If the hair dye doesn’t come off soon, I’ll have to reach out to them regarding my dermatology bills. I’m also dealing with scabs from trying to scrub it off, and

I'm 59. I've been going to Zak's since I was 15. Excellent service. Always. Very friendly owners. If I could give 10 stars, I would do so.

I've been here a couple of times and have had a really great experience! My stylist is Pam and she's fantastic, she helped me find the perfect color for my stubborn gray hair and she does an amazing haircut. The prices are a lot cheaper than where I was going before but the quality is better. I have found it really easy to schedule appointments and the salon is clean and modern. I'm going in to try spray tanning and I can't wait!

Great place! They booked me an appointment super quick as I had a last minute engagement. She gave me one of the best haircuts of my life and much appreciated, wonderful customer service. I will be back. Ty
