Such a great experience with Ulta Levittown. Our Girl Scout Troop had an End of Year Celebration today and we couldn’t be happier. Nancy was amazing to work with and was great with helping in every single detail of our event. She worked with me to pick a perfect time and explained how the event would go. An aesthetician spoke to the troop about skincare and allowed them to try different products. We then had to time to eat some treats that we brought. Next, a makeup artist talked to the girls about different options and showed them how to apply different types of makeup. The team even had a fun little trivia contest at the end of the presentation and gave the girls prizes. Finally, the girls got to go shopping! The staff was there to help them and lead the girls in the right direction. Nan

One thing about this store… there’s gonna be about 12 people on shift, none of them are gonna say hello to you but don’t worry they will all take turns following you around the store making you feel like a criminal. The manager bribed me into following their Instagram when I asked for free samples which I know goes against their customer service training. Giving 3 stars because the girl who always works the register (dark hair, fair skin, she wears a jumbo sparkly b necklace and ring) is so sweet and it’s well stocked.

I went to the store to return or exchange an online purchase within the 30-day window and brought my receipt. The item was Rare Beauty Positive Light Tinted Moisturizer Foundation SPF 20 in shade 20W (it’s simply too light for me). I was told they couldn’t process the return because the bottle didn’t have a barcode. Since it was purchased online, I contacted customer service afterward and was told the missing barcode shouldn’t affect the return policy. Now I have to make another trip back to the store to hopefully get this resolved. Disappointing and inconvenient experience….

Holy freezer! I was in this store recently, and it was absolutely frigid inside. How do you expect your employees to work in conditions like that? And how do you expect customers to get their hair washed without freezing the moment they step away from the sink? Turn the heat on—this isn’t the Arctic. PS: On top of it, how about hiring more staff for the checkout?

I had such a great experience at this Ulta Beauty store. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, attentive, and professional. Dontae, the beauty advisor, made my visit even better with genuine kindness, honesty, and amazing suggestions. At the end, Kyle at the register gave me compliments that made my day. Truly grateful for the wonderful service!
