I had my manicure done by Emely today and I am absolutely in love with the results! She really took her time and made sure everything was done perfectly. She is so kind, patient, and genuinely cares about her work. This is the first time I’ve truly loved my nails after getting them done. Usually, they’re left too thick, which makes them look unnatural and fake. I explained this to Emely, and she listened carefully and shaped them exactly the way I wanted thin, elegant, and natural looking. Im only putting one star because it doesn’t allow me to put 0 stars. This was the worst service I have ever received I left them a bad review on their site as well. I have never received service so bad in my life. I told my nail artist several times how I wanted my nails to look I even showed her pictures throughout the entire time. I also watched her and kept on having to correct her mistakes until I got frustrated and just stopped paying attention. I literally was so disappointed she made both my nails different sizes and used her own color didn’t ask me what color French I wanted. After the terrible service I went home in a rush becuase I did tell them prior I had to be done by a certain time (I gave them a 3 hour timeline). Went in to get a full set of acrylics for Valentine's Day—the vibe there was amazing! So beautiful inside and the owner Kayla was so nice. I had a picture of what I wanted for my nails and she NAILED it 🥰 loved the experience and it wasn't overpriced either. Definitely will be returning!

Everything was beautiful. From start to finish. Very calm. Very professional. I’m such a funny person when it comes to my nail services. Jessica was a delight and listened to my concerns, and recommended Ben for my fullest and May for my pedi. The are up to date on the latest trends and styles. The experience was top tier. I like that they are quick but it's too quick. Almost sloppy. The nail tech was rough. When he was filing my nail it was rubbing against my skin and cut me. He didn't paint the tip of my nail leaving it white. Also, he never compared the nail to see if the nails were the same length. He also left nail polish on my skin. Techs not too friendly.
