I have always had good experiences here up until today. I had bought a cologne for my significant other for Valentine’s Day. I eventually realized the day after that he already had the Yves Saint Laurent Y Elixir Version of the toilette I had bought. So two days after I came in to return it. I originally went in wanting to look around for another cologne, but the interaction I had turned me off. The sales lady ( I didn’t catch her name because I was so embarrassed!) opened it and looked me and down and looked to her coworker and asked “is it supposed to look this Color?” In front of every one around me. I've been shopping at this location for about a year and a half and have always had good experiences. But today was extra great. If you need help with fragrance or skincare, go in and look for Jacob. Soooo knowledgeable, personable, and just all around amazing. I've been looking for a new fragrance and was wandering, looking, when Jacob asked if I needed help. We talked about my preferences, and they suggested a scent I never ever would have looked at, which I ended up loving (snif, Me, btw). We also talked skincare, which was really helpful, too. Can not say enough what a great experience it was!!

Jiana did a fantastic job on a really complicated color ask. Three processes, peekaboo stripes, redying the top over old highlights. So excited at how it came out!

Deb was super great! Came in with my mother to get a bunch of fragrance free makeup for her and Deb was so patient and helpful - she helped us choose shades, read ingredients lists to check for the stuff my mom is allergic to, and color matched her foundation shade perfectly. Deb was easygoing, personable, and made the whole experience stress free.

Jacob was very helpful and kind! I probably would have browsed and not purchased anything, if he wasn’t there to help me find the perfect sunscreen for my face. I had a wonderful experience today due to his outstanding customer service!!
