He made check-in so easy and answered all of my questions with such a friendly attitude — it really sets the tone for a great visit. Kim did my microneedling treatment and my lip filler, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. She is so knowledgeable and takes her time to explain everything, which made me feel completely comfortable and confident. From the first time I had an appointment with Kimberly it was as if I was family! She was so polite. Her son is so polite.
