First, I want to say that the girl who helped me at the front desk was absolutely wonderful and had great energy. She was very welcoming, and I really appreciated that. She's the only reason I'm not giving lower than 3 stars. My only complaint is that while my friend and I were shopping, a different employee repeatedly approached us asking if we were “finding everything okay,” “are you sure you’re finding everything okay,” and “can I help you find anything?” While I understand staff checking in, being asked multiple times by the same person started to feel excessive. On top of that, we were followed around the store while browsing, which made the experience uncomfortable. I had such an amazing experience with Ashley N. at Ulta Beauty! She did the most beautiful layers and side bangs, and I’m absolutely in love with how my hair turned out. She really listened to what I wanted and made sure everything was blended perfectly. I left feeling so confident! I highly recommend booking with Ashley!

Went to this location last night with my family. My baby had a $100 gift card to spend from Christmas & I needed to restock my usuals. So I spent about $60 myself. We live walking distance from the Decatur location but I refuse to shop there ever again because of the poor customer service & rude staff. We were welcomed in at the entrance right away by the cashier. Once we were browsing through the store we were approached 3 times by 3 different associates asking if we needed help or had questions. We were in the store for abt an hour total. Great atmosphere & energy amongst the entire store and staff. Jessica color matched me for a new foundation and concealer. She was extremely thorough asking questions on what product I currently use and what am I looking for in a foundation. After that she narrowed down a few brands for me to try and helped me pick the perfect formula. She was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful.

Took my aunt who is 85 here to shop, she wanted new makeup. We spoke with a young blonde girl who couldn’t be bothered at all, finally someone got us to Natalie and OMG I am so thankful she was there, the absolute best!!! She spent so much time with my aunt, was very patient and accommodating and my aunt was sooo happy with the experience. I wrote down her name so we knew who to come back to. This was our second Ulta we visited, and after four sales people that couldn’t help her with her specific request, Natalie did and she was so good at it. Give this woman a raise!
