The staff provides excellent, personalized assistance when there in the Kingston location. I especially want to recognize who I've been told is the lead manager, Ashley. When you are unsure about what you need, she always helps you (personally my family members and I) find the right product or recommends an even better alternative. While I’ve read that service can vary at other locations, the Kingston Ulta Beauty has consistently delivered outstanding service for me and my family. It’s clear the well established team they have is consistent and the strong management makes a real difference.

Well, I normally purchase my Ulta Beauty products online. So imagine my joy, to find one that I can walk to! Yes!!! The staff here is very friendly & knowledgeable, thank you Taylor, Dori, and Carly. Visited with 2 friends seeking to upgrade our skincare routines and lucky us, we got to work with Corey! Corey is a skin care genius! She has such a high level of knowledge of all the different products and guided expertly through the store. We all ended up finding products we would never have learned about on our own. I never used the salon at ulta before and I took a chance for make up for a family portrait shoot. Taylor did such a great job, the look was super appropriate for an outdoor day time shoot and I really looked like the best version of myself. I loved how my pictures came out! I will definitely be back again in the future.
