Linda is an amazing human and a fantastic massage therapist. I started seeing her monthly and have noticed an improvement in how my body feels, as well as how much my monthly massage has helped manage my stress. The office is very peaceful, and smells wonderful. The treatment room is cozy and comfortable. Linda takes her time discussing what my goals for the session are, and takes note of any trouble spots I report. Linda is an intuitive therapist, and seems to be able to find muscles that need attention that I wasn’t even aware of. I highly recommend Hudson Valley Bodyworks for a truly wonderful massage.

This was my first experience with Francine at Hudson Valley Body Works, and it will not be my last! After having a little bit of difficulty finding the entrance, I ended up arriving just a few moments before my massage was scheduled to begin...but Francine never made me feel rushed. She took me straight into the massage room, and made sure she had a clear understanding of all of the preferences and areas of concern that I had noted on the intake form prior to my arrival. It was clear to me from her questions that she had actually read it!! That doesn't always happen, and I was incredibly impressed! Once the massage began, I was in heaven.
