Absolutely love coming to this store. I go to the salon to get my hair done with Amanda. SHE IS INCREDIBLE! She always has my hair looking beautiful, no matter what inspiration photos I bring her! This review is for the Kennett Square location of Ulta Beauty. I had a truly upsetting experience from the moment I walked in. I was treated like a suspect instead of a customer. An employee kept hovering and following me from aisle to aisle so closely that it was impossible not to notice. It was uncomfortable, embarrassing, and honestly insulting. I came in to shop, not to be watched. Let me be very clear. I do not need to steal anything. I was fully prepared to spend my money, and instead I was made to feel unwelcome and judged. There is a huge difference between offering help and making someone feel like they are being profiled. No one approached me in a friendly or professional way. No one asked if I needed assistance. They simply trailed behind me as if I had done something wrong jus

I have had nothing but great experiences here! The website is easy to schedule all your services & all of the staff is incredibly helpful. I have seen Amanda for a few haircuts & the company is just as good as the service. I leave feeling amazing & looking my best. She is diligent in her work and communication is top tier. She has gone back over my haircut when I wanted more length off! If you're looking for a relaxing time, treat yourself to an appointment with Amanda!

To start, I never leave reviews. I came into this Ulta to do multiple Happy Returns and had to bring both my infant and my toddler with me. The process took much longer than usual because the Happy Returns system wasn’t cooperating, and despite my best efforts, my toddler was…also not cooperating. The staff was incredibly kind and understanding — just genuine grace in a moment that could’ve felt very overwhelming. Postpartum can be really hard, and small acts of kindness like this truly make a difference. Thank you for making a stressful errand feel manageable. Also, I’m so sorry for the tester lip glosses that didn’t make it back to their exact spots. I promise it wasn’t for lack of trying 🙃

I have been geeting my hair styled by Dominique for years. I am really picky on who styles my hair. When I say she is awesome she really is. I have never left the store saying it is just okay it is always to my satisfaction. Dominique is very professional and focused. Let's me know new hair products and what type of shampoo to use. Also all the other employees are freindly and eager to help. I recommend this location.
