Salon Secrets Spa- PA

Very nice salon. Everyone is very friendly, courteous and attentive. Today I had Ellie do a root touch up and the color came out beautiful.Renee cut and styled my hair. She was great! She listened to my concerns and what I wanted. She showed me how to style my hair and gave me product tips. I have also had Veronica cut and color my hair in the past and she did a nice job too. It’s nice that everyone is supportive of each other. The salon is also very clean too.

I’m still in shock about how bad of a haircut I received. As a new mom I was looking forward to finally doing something for my self and received the worst hair cut of my life that I spent 380 dollars for and 3.5 hours away from my daughter … I know the saloon is in kennett square but the mushroom cap hair cut is unnecessary. It looks like my 6 month old cut my hair. Pictured are my inspo cut vs. what I received .

I had wonderful experience on Friday at Salon Secrets. The esthetician was very knowledgeable and perfectly executed my facial making suggestions and very personable too! My manicure was outstanding and she was also the best with suggestions and a great person. I had so many compliments on my hair at the event I attended, kudos to my stylist! And my feet feel and look fabulous thanks to her for an amazing pedicure! I’ll be back!❤️

First time client. Have been disappointed by several other area salons and while I'm not super critical, I expect to get above average results for a $75+ haircut and a $70 pedi. This salon did not disappoint! The staff is skilled, friendly and attentive. The salon is well equipped, comfortable and clean. My shampoo included a scalp massage and moisturizer treatment. I have already made an appointment for a return visit. The total spent includes gratuities.

Seleste is the ultimate professional. I have been with her for years and she still asks how I liked my hair and if there is anything I would like to change. She never assumes. I appreciate her attention to detail. Seleste is consistently wonderful!
