Clean store always well stocked! Staff is extremely helpful and kind at this location! I've never had a bad service experience and ive always had help when I needed it!

I went to Ulta to get my birthday gift but unlike last year I needed a coupon and was struggling to find it and also struggling to log into my account. Shannon was helping me and was able to make sure I got my gift even though I didn't have what I needed. She made my birthday very special by helping me to get my gift! I'm so thankful!

What an amazing experience that we had. My daughter got to enjoy her first make up experience and it was amazing. McKenna was wonderful, she listened to what I felt most comfortable on my eleven year old daughter. After the make up experience/make over McKenna went over every product used and helped us around the store. Honestly, makeup is very overwhelming for me where I just wear eyeliner and mascara! She made the experience less stressful. Thank you McKenna for the experience, you made it.

I love the store and the wide variety of products they have to offer, but dislike shopping inside. Every time I go inside, the staff gives off “better than you” energy. I was shopping yesterday evening with my daughter and the cashier was exceptionally rude. My 11 year old daughter noticed and said something to me once we got in the car. It’s disappointing because it makes going inside uncomfortable.

I had a great experience here today. An employee helped me figure out a color in this makeup I love but couldn't find the right shade. She really made it easy and was very helpful!
