Had an amazing experience with my sister and mom. Alisha was amazing and I appreciate her for the excellent communication and going the extra mile. When we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff and the spa was just beautiful. The massage was what I needed she was friendly and professional and the scents used were soothing and not too much. The sauna and cold shower were a new experience and the space was clean. Thank you! Hope to come back!

Love that we have a spa in downtown kalispell! Very clean and organized. Love the ambiance! Nice decor and the staff is amazing. My 80 min massage with Janel was the best most relaxing massage!

An amazing experience that made our vacation truly special and complete. The sauna was perfect after long hikes and refreshing natural cold plunges. Alisha’s space is beautiful - thoughtfully designed and aesthetically pleasing. We also loved the thoughtful add-ons: quality electrolytes, local essential oils, and delicious tea. We enjoyed every minute there and would gladly return (or even move!) to Kalispell just for The Source Sauna and Bird & Billy Coffee.

The owner was so kind and helpful, and the gentleman at the front desk was equally amazing and welcoming. It’s a family-run business with very fair prices and outstanding quality. They deserve more than 5 stars! Friendly, warm, and relaxing — I’ll definitely be coming back.
