If you’re looking for a top notch hair stylist, you must make an appointment with Mercy at Ulta in the mall in Johnson City, TN. You won’t be disappointed! I’ve followed her for 14 years from Cost Cutters in Bristol to Cost Cutters in Johnson City, to Ulta. I’ve been driving from Bristol once a month for several years just for a haircut from Mercy. She gives the best clipper cut with the cleanest fade. I used to have long hair and she cuts and styles like no other, no matter the hairstyle. Shampoo and blow dry is included with the cut. Bonus….she’ll give you a mini head and neck massage during your cut and wash. She even made house calls during Covid to cut my hair and my elderly grandmother’s hair on separate occasions. Visit Mercy, the best of the best! Trust me!

I was in Ulta Johnson City to find my niece things for Christmas but I was completely lost. A young lady named Laura was beyond helpful. She went out of her way to recommend things that my niece would like, as well as making sure I got fantastic service. She was friendly and helpful and my niece will be extremely thankful for all the things I was able to find with that help. Laura was exceptional and I really appreciate all the hard work she put in to assist me.

The staff is very friendly. I personally don't shop here, but my wife does... Fellas and masc lesbians, if you are growing tired of standing in the same place for 30 minutes while your SO looks at two different lipstick shades... Two shades that look identical but she can't decide which one would go better with her complexion... Be sure to bring your flask or an edible (whatever floats your boat). You will thank me later.

Brooklyn was super helpful and very patient with us on a very busy day before Christmas. We had a return and I was trying to find perfume for my wife. She was wonderful and made our experience there so much better!

I went in for a brow appointment and I was on time and the worker told me that I’d have to wait for the brow person to come back. So I sit waiting 15-20 mins and she comes walking in with shopping bags from other stores in the mall. I wait another 10 mins on her. She botched my brows and drew in the mistakes she made. I recommend just going to bonita brow because at least they’re professional. Never again ulta.
