Scheduled an appointment for tattoo removal then called to talk about the process and asked if they had any before / after pictures. The lady was extremely rude and kept saying she cannot send me other patients files when I never asked for someone’s file. I simply wanted to see what the process looked like before having it done to my own body. Very saddened by the customer service here.

The clinicians at RA stay informed on the industry changes and what patients can expect for future treatment options. I don't have time to research all that, I work fulltime as a nurse. I feel I can trust them and that they truly see me as a patient, not just an income source. I even referred by parents to them.

I just love Reflections, I have had such a great experience and Derrick and the team have always taken very good care of me. I highly recommend letting them help you with you journey to a better beautiful you.
