Staff is always inviting and pleasant. Typically, they are fully stocked with desired merchandise. I can’t think of a time I had a terrible experience at this location. Also, I like seeing the same employees because it shows longevity, fair treatment from management/corporate, and that they enjoy their job 💕🎉

Awesome customer service by Jana (I believe that was her name, she has long dark hair) she was amazing! She assisted me with finding the right lipstick shade, and even when it got busy and she was helping other customers, she took the time to assist me with finding the exact product. If I personally could give her a raise, I would. Everyone at this store is absolutely fantastic.

Great customer service by Michael. I was looking for full coverage foundation. He was amazing in finding the right color and formula for my skin tone. He swatched at least 7 or 8 shades to find the one that seamlessly blended with my skin tone….amazing coverage. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and honest about question re cruelty free product.

If this would’ve been a week ago, I would have given 1 star, but because of the fabulous stylist, gen manger and salon manager, they are now receiving 5 stars. I booked an appointment 3 weeks ago on the app. When I showed up, they had no record of that. Ok things happen, no biggie. The stylist that was there, Sharena, personally scheduled me for the following Monday and said she would come in early to do my hair. Fast forward to last Monday. I show up at 10 am for that appt. The appt had been cancelled. Like.. this was the second time I had been there for the same appt. The associate there Jacob is TERRIBLE!!! I’ve had a bad experience with him in the past where he was rude and makes smart remarks ! I literally walked out of the store on my previous visit at this store which cost the store $175 sale because I didn’t want to deal with him! Today I had a very similar experience! But this time I did an online order so that I wouldn’t have to deal with anyone , I would just walk in and get my stuff and leave, no! Of course the person that end up assisting me was him! I told him that I had placed my order 2 days ago and that at the time I did the online order their store didn’t have the free gift that I was entitled to and I wanted to know if they had it in stock today now that it had been a couple days since the order was placed.
