Ultimate Sports Massage Team

Been seeing Cassidy for a few weeks now and she has made incredible progress with all my issues. After months of PT with little change, I decided to go see the folks at USMT. Three massages with Cassidy and I’m finally getting some range of motion back in my shoulder. These massages are purposeful and so effective. She knows what she’s doing! 10/10 stars . Highly recommend USMT!

Hands-down, the best place I have ever gotten a massage in my entire life! If you are looking for a professional establishment with people that actually know what they are doing and care about their clients this is it! I have been going for years and would love to continue to go biweekly! If you have any kind of an injury they can fix it without surgery or at least make it feel better, it may take a few sessions. Trust the process and skills that only they have from their relentless education.

The great: I'm giving Lori 5 stars because she's so amazing I would pay twice as much to see her. During our first session today, the relief her therapeutic massage provided was incredible for my poor arms and hands. The bad: Front office guy with the beard and glasses...sir...are you ok? I won't detail our extremely condescending talk from earlier today 10/21/2025 because I'm going to give you the opportunity to do better next time I come in. Lori is far too good and kind for me to take stars away from her business due to your inability to control your behavior. Just know that you can't treat someone like they are a cockroach and then be surprised and offended when you get that same treatment back. See you next week!

USMT is amazing. They are magical. Only relief I have had from some of my injuries. If you want a relaxing back rub, thats one thing, but if you want healing, see USMT.
